To provide an exceptional educational experience that enables the motivated student to become an exemplary paramedic and a leader in the profession. At the completion of the program, the graduate of the Stony Brook University EMS Programs will demonstrate the ability to comprehend, apply, and evaluate clinical information; demonstrate technical proficiency in all skills necessary; and exhibit personal behaviors consistent with professional and employer expectations for paramedics in the United States.
