Margaret began her career at Stony Brook University in 2005 in the Dean's Office of the School of Health Technology and Management, now known as the School of Health Professions. She transitioned into the Department of Physical Therapy where she worked as administrative support for both the Doctorate in Physical Therapy program as well as managing the Rehabilitation Research and Movement Performance (RRAMP) Laboratory.
In 2013, Margaret returned to the Dean’s Office, moving to the Southampton campus with the first cohort of physical therapy students. As the Director of Operations, Margaret now oversees the daily operational needs of Applied Health Informatics, Occupational Therapy, Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant Education and Speech-Language Pathology, totaling over 260 students.
Margaret's daily objectives include being certain there is a safe, comfortable, inviting learning environment for the students and employees to be able to perform the important work that they do daily.
