Application Process for the Respiratory Care Program

Applications for 2024 admission will open October 1, 2023, and the application deadline is March 1, 2024.

The Respiratory Care Program at Stony Brook University utilizes the online application system “Slate”. All applications are carefully reviewed by the program's admissions committee. After the review of the submitted application, the three academic or professional references and all transcripts, the applicant may be considered for an interview.

To Apply:

1. Before you start the online application process, review the Admission Requirements for the Respiratory Care Program.
2. All applicants to the Stony Brook Respiratory Care Program are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of $50. Payment must be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express are accepted). The application fee may be waived in rare cases according to the policy located within the application.
