- promote and facilitate student success in fieldwork
- provide an environment of collaboration and communication with each student
- maintain communication with each student during the fieldwork experience
- provide fieldwork education in sites that support the mission of the OT program
- provide fieldwork education in sites that model best practices and are congruent with the curriculum design of the OT program
- proactively seek out and expand fieldwork opportunities in emerging areas of practice
- maintain current resources for selection of fieldwork
- ensure compliance with the ACOTE Standards for Fieldwork Education
