Biography
Rajiv Lajmi is Clinical Assistant Professor of Applied Health Informatics. During his 18-year career, he has served in various information technology leadership, operations, and program management roles in the healthcare, manufacturing, nonprofit and consulting industries. His experience centers around developing strategic transformation initiatives that maximize the value of technology investments. Specifically, he focuses on optimizing the interactions between people, processes and technologies. He also has experience implementing various types of systems, including healthcare systems (EMR, population health, HIE), business systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, mobile/web/eCommerce), and data analytics platforms.
