POLICY
The School of Health Professions believes that the prompt resolution of complaints is instrumental in the restoration of a healthy learning environment and community relationships, and chooses to address such disputes in a proactive manner to achieve a favorable solution. Retaliation towards anyone filing a complaint with the program is strictly prohibited.
PROCEDURE
For Current Students: To file a grievance, please refer to your School of Health Professions student handbook, policy AA-10 - Grievances.
For Faculty and Staff: To file a grievance, please refer to the policies and procedures set forth by your respective union.

For all grievances not put forth by current students, faculty, or staff:
To file a complaint / grievance about a program or its representatives, please contact the program's chairperson via email or phone. The chairperson will investigate the matter and respond within 10 business days to work to resolve the complaint.
