Abstracts must be submitted by November 9th. They should be written in English using this electronic form. The text you submit will be used by the Program Committee to review your abstract. The presentation and poster abstract must be no more than 200 words. Type and save your abstract on your computer. Then, copy and paste your abstract in the online form. Some formatting (bold, italics, underlining) will be lost.
TYPES OF PRESENTATIONS
Please be sure to designate the type of presentation you would like to make on the submission form.
Single Presentation Abstracts (10-15 minute slots) must include author information and name of the panel/platform (if applicable). Individual abstracts can be submitted for:
- Single oral presentation (200-word abstract)
- Poster (4 ft. x 4 ft.) (200-word abstract)
- I am happy to present either a single oral presentation or a poster
Panel/Platform abstracts (3-4 presenters for a 1-hour session) must include:
- 350-word Panel/Platform abstract plus 200-word abstracts for each single presentations.
- Author information for session organizers and all presenters.
- List the names of all Panel/Platform participants on the form. Each participant must have an Advance Registration submitted either by the participant or organizer. The Panel/Platform abstract must be submitted as well as each single presentation abstract in order for the Platform/Panel proposal to be considered for peer review.
- If a Single Oral Presentation is proposed as part of an organized Panel/Platform session, the title of the Panel/Platform and name of organizer must be included. Single presentation abstracts not accepted for oral presentation will automatically be considered for presentation as posters.
- Co-authors who will co-present (i.e. attend the meeting) must each register individually.
For Panel/Platform, submit the names of the organizer(s) and a non-presenting moderator.
